Sunday Reading

Happy Thanksgiving, my Canadian friends! I've got a turkey in the fridge which I will be cooking up tomorrow and today plan to venture out to the farmer's market to pick up some veggies and a pie! I had told myself I wasn't going to bother with turkey dinner this year since it was just the two of us and it's a lot of effort for just us two, but I walked by all the turkeys at the grocery store and just couldn't resist putting one in my cart. So it looks like I'll be cooking afterall!

I'm feeling thankful for so much! For my family, my fella, my friends, and YOU, my dear readers. There has been so much good this past month, between the arrival of my new baby niece, the wedding of one of my dearest friends that took place yesterday, and some upcoming life excitement that I'll tell you about soon! Wishing you all the happiest Thanksgiving and hoping you have lots & lots to be thankful for.

I'm loving the look of all these Thanksgiving recipes from Jillian Harris.

Speaking of Jillian Harris, I also pinned her recipe for apple roasted chicken - fall has made me want to start incorporating fresh local apples into recipes!

So many long weekend sales!
40% off at J.Crew this weekend (loving this pale pink pleated skirt!)
30% off at Madewell (gorgeous riding boots anyone?)
25% off CK undies from Shopbop
20% off at Piperlime (It doesn't get any cuter than a pale pink moto jacket)
30% off an order of $150+ at Eluxe (I've been eyeing this burgundy ruffled shift dress!)

Stephanie Sterjovski is seriously killing it lately. I'm swooning over every outfit, but especially this, this & this

I am obsessed with these little Kate Spade Moto Boots - the bow detail on the back is so perfect. They are the perfect blend of feminine & tough!
