Laid Back / Miss Priss

Outfit #1: Dress: c/o Dahlia, Coat: H&M, Bag: Coach, Belt: Aldo, Shoes: c/o Vince Camuto, Sunglasses: D&G, Watch: Michael Kors, Bracelets: c/o Stowe Street and Stella & Dot

Outfit #2: Dress: c/o Dahlia, Jacket: c/o Fidelity Denim, Bag: Rebecca Minkoff, Shoes: c/o Vince Camuto, Belt: Aldo, Sunglasses: c/o Sosie, Watch: Michael Kors

I hadn't worn this dress in quite a while, so I knew I wanted to get it back into rotation, but I couldn't decide if I liked it better worn in a casual way with a denim jacket & flats, or if I preferred it 'prissed up' a little bit with a leopard coat and pumps! Which way is your favorite?

On a sad note, this is the last time this denim jacket will make an appearance on the blog. I've expressed my love for it numerous times, but on Thursday evening it got swiped off the back of a chair at a local pub. Hoping maybe someone just moved it, I went back the next day to check if it had been turned in, but alas, it had not. So R.I.P, my dear jacket. You will be missed! But seriously, what is wrong with people? Who has the nerve to steal someone's jacket when they're standing two meters away from it?

Sigh.

Wishing you all a wonderful week!

  17. I really do love both looks, so I can't choose!

I'm so sorry to hear about your jacket. I'd be devastated if someone took my denim jacket, so I can imagine. People suck sometimes! Honestly, I'm always so paranoid to leave my jacket in a bar like that, and people think I'm crazy...apparently, I worry because stuff CAN happen!
