Discover Spring with Vince Camuto! (+ giveaway!)

Utility Shirt: c/o Two by Vince Camuto ($119, available at Samuel & Co), Shoes: c/o Vince Camuto, Skirt: c/o Jacob, Bag: Coach, Necklace: HRH Collection, Watch: Michael Kors, Bracelet: c/o Calico

Despite the snow on the ground, Spring is just around the corner, and to celebrate, Vince Camuto asked myself and a few other bloggers to style up one of their amazing silk utility shirts from their Two by Vince Camuto collection. This is truly my new favorite blouse. It's the softest silk & comes in a range of bright, cheerful colors for spring. I opted for this gorgeous cobalt color and paired it with some graphic black & white stripes with a pop of bright pink for a little added springtime flair!

They also asked us to share one of our local hot spots! While there are many great little spots in this city, I decided to go with one I most frequent during the weekends, The Capital Complex - which actually consists of 3 bars - The Capital, which is the place to catch live music in Fredericton; The Phoenix, which is a dance bar (though much more tolerable than the other clubs in the city), and Wilser's Room, a low-key pub that also sometimes showcases live music. I love the fact that you can pay one cover, and access all 3 bars - so if you want to go dance for an hour and then go catch a band, you can! (Though I must say, it's a little odd being in there during the daytime when it's empty for the sake of photos!)

Now for the fun part! Leave a comment on this post telling me YOUR favorite local hotspot and you'll be entered to win this gorgeous wallet!

Easy peasy! Giveaway will run until Sunday at midnight & winner will be announced on Monday! Open worldwide! Thanks to Vince Camuto for the great giveaway!

  1. The silk shirt is fab!!

In Saskatoon, one of my favourite local hotspots is Poached breakfast bistro. Amazing breakfast. In the evenings it turns into Flint and it's a great place to go for drinks!

  2. Gorgeous blouse! Love how you paired it with stripes. My favorite hotspot in Halifax when I'm looking for a fun night out is The Lower Deck /Beer Market. I like how the bottom floor is traditional maritime music, but if you feel like dance music, you can just go upstairs. Thanks for the giveaway!

  9. I love the wallet! My favorite hotspot is the Knox/Henderson area in Dallas. There's shopping and restaurants during the daytime and the bars start to open during the afternoon. It's also a quick drive away from uptown and downtown if you want to visit more local bars or catch a show. It's a great mix of upscale and casual in a small part of the Big D. :) mfrapp_83 {at} yahoo {dot} com
