Saturday afternoon I popped in to Aldo on the hunt for flat black sandals of some sort, as I have no flat sandals that survived the summer last year. While I did fulfill the need for black sandals, they definitely aren't flat - I walked away with these fun suede lace up sandals which I justified for two reasons:
a.) They were regularly $100, on sale for $70, and they were having a 50% off sale - that's right, these were $35.
b.) They are suede and sturdy enough that they can easily be worn with tights in the fall. I'm all about multi-seasonal clothes & shoes, as our summer is sooo short.
Also, I have Kristin to thank for telling me about his cute leopard print blouse - she found it for $18 and I rushed in the next day to get it. Copycat/Twinsies!

I had to go on the hunt for a new pair of sandals too since my favorite ones died at the end of last summer too. And I ended up getting a pair of suede ones too.
Love the whole outfit, I think the hint of color with the clutch is perfect.

Yay! It's funny - I have worn this blouse SO much in my life the past few weeks, but haven't photo'd it yet. Love the way it looks in pictures - gotta love clothes that look of higher quality than they really are. ;)
